Sun City Support

The Friends of Gilda’s service organization began at Sun City Palm Desert (SCPD) and that group of dedicated individuals helped to build Gilda’s Club into the vibrant and much loved cancer support community that it is today. So it is only fitting that things now come full circle and we now offer Gilda’s Club cancer support groups at Sun City Palm Desert, specifically for their residents.

The following support groups are available at SCPD, every Monday from 8:30am to 10:00am:

• Support Group for cancer patients/survivors
• Support Group for caregivers/loved ones

A brief orientation and interview is required before beginning a support group.
