Volunteer Spotlight

 Irma Giammichele

Pictured top center, Irma has been a member at Gilda's Club since fall of 2008, after her husband passed away.  She feels Gilda's Club has helped her and her grandkids to cope with their loss.  They love coming to the clubhouse, and Irma loves that they have a place to come to express their feelings and concerns for their papa, and meet other children who may be going through similar feelings.

Irma has been a Noogieland Volunteer since fall of 2008 and has volunteered at family socials.  Camp Zink, and Noogiefest this year!  She states, "Just the ssatisfaction I get from volunteering at the Clubhouse makes me feel good.  It helps my grandkids, and hit helps me."  Thank you Irma, for volunteering your time and for being a part of our family here at Gilda's Club!
