Your event must be submitted for approval by the Fund Development Committee and all printed materials must be submitted for pre-approval by Gilda’s Club Desert Cities. Gilda’s Club Desert Cities reserves the right to review all materials, which include our name and logo. The full name Gilda’s Club Desert Cities must be used in all materials pertaining to the event. Event names may not incorporate the name Gilda’s Club Desert Cities as in “Gilda’s Club Silent Auction,” but may use a second line to identify the relationship such as “Silent Auction to benefit Gilda’s Club Desert Cities.”
A final accounting report from the event organizer is required within 60 days of the event. Funds are to be given to Gilda’s Club Desert Cities no later than 60 days following the event. Gilda’s Club Desert Cities will not cover any losses from the event and is not liable to any party or vendor for any fees, costs, or payments of any kind. The organization sponsoring the event agrees to indemnify Gilda’s Club Desert Cities and any officer, director, employee, member, agent, or volunteer of Gilda’s Club Desert Cities from (i) any and all charges, costs, claims, liabilities, damages, costs, obligations, debts and expenses arising out of or in connection with the event and (ii) any judgments, penalties (including excise and similar taxes), fines, settlements, and reasonable expenses (including attorney’ fees) incurred in connection with any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding arising out of or connected with the event, whether civil, criminal, administrative, arbitrative or
investigative.
